Most of us are regularly changing our passwords ….it is a habit…that cannot be changed.

We, all have the need to feel as much secure as possible……

So, take a diary, or a note book , divide it into sections( separate section e.g for outlook, separate for facebook, pal….etc) and every let’s say 2-3 months change your passwords .(always use or jot down the date you change them) .Keep everything in track ,safely.

Do not use easy passwords, or guessable ones…

*Of course, there are many contradictions on the above matter….

SECURITY experts claim the best way to protect yourself from cybercriminals and hackers is by NOT changing your password – advice that appears to contradict years of recommendations from other cyber experts.
